Positive: Overall place was fine Kitchen and hall was big / spacious Negative: We truly appreciated the location and overall cleanliness of the apartment. However, a few issues made our stay uncomfortable: 1. Room Temperature: The room heaters made the space extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. Despite reaching out via WhatsApp to request help in adjusting the temperature, we didn’t receive any response. 2. Bathroom Facilities: The bathroom lacked basic amenities — no tissue paper or bin to dispose of used paper. This made things quite inconvenient. No bin in rooms as well 3. Shower Not Working: The shower was completely non-functional. While tap water was available, there was no bucket or jug provided to manage a bath. It’s unrealistic to expect guests to sit under a tap for bathing. 4. Gate Access Issue: On the day of our departure, we struggled to coordinate with our taxi driver as the main gate was locked around 5 AM. There was no one available to open it, and no prior instructions were provided, which added unnecessary stress. 5. Wi-Fi Connectivity: There was no Wi-Fi available in the room. The signal was either extremely weak or completely unavailable, with proper access only in the ground floor kitchen and hall. This was inconvenient, especially for those needing internet access during the stay. We hope this feedback helps in improving the guest experience in the future. Thank you.
